Bridal Booking Policy

Welcome

We are honored to be considered for your wedding day. Our goal is to provide a seamless, elevated beauty experience that allows you to feel confident, relaxed, and fully present throughout your celebration.

Booking & Retainer

A 20% non-refundable and non-transferable retainer, along with a signed contract, is required to officially secure your wedding date. This retainer will be applied toward your final balance. No services are guaranteed until the retainer and the signed contract are received.

Final Payment

The remaining balance is due no later than the day prior to your wedding date. Any balance unpaid by the due date may result in cancellation of services and forfeiture of retainer.

Minimum Booking Requirement

Currently, we do not require a booking minimum to book with us! 

Travel & Location

A travel fee of $50 per half hour applies from our studio location: 2278 Black Oak Court, Sarasota, FL. Locations over 50 miles may require additional travel and overnight accommodations. In addition, destination weddings outside the state of Florida are subject to cover the following travel-related costs: roundtrip flights, luggage fees, ground transportation, and hotel accommodation.

Early Start Fee

Services beginning prior to 8:00AM incur a $100 per hour early start fee. Additionally, overnight accommodation may be required for services beginning prior to 5:00AM based on location.

Additional Artists

Booking requests with more than six services may be subject to adding on an additional artist from my team to effectively service your bridal party. Each artist on my team can complete six services as long as time permits. However, if you need a shorter timeline, the number of additional artists needed may be adjusted and is typically determined on a case-by-case basis during our initial consultation. There is a $100 fee per each additional artist.

Artist Illness, Substitutions, & Refunds

If an assigned artist becomes ill or is otherwise unable to perform services, we will make every reasonable effort to provide a replacement artist of comparable skill and experience. Substitutions are not guaranteed and are subject to availability. If no replacement artist is available and services must be canceled due to circumstances beyond our control, we shall not be held liable for any resulting losses or damages. Any refunds issued in such circumstances are at the sole discretion of the company.

Bridal Party Changes

Due to the nature of our business, we are unable to reduce headcount or cancel services within 60 days of the wedding date. For this reason, all booked services are final within 60 days of the wedding. The retainer is non-refundable under all circumstances.

If services are canceled less than 60 days before the event, 100% of the total balance is still due.

Trials

Trials are currently completely optional and are scheduled separately. Trials require their own deposit, and all deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. Please note, a trial deposit does not secure your wedding date. Wedding dates are secured with a wedding date deposit, and a signed wedding date proposal. 

Client Responsibilities

Clients should have clean, dry hair and prepped skin for all appointments. There is a $50 hair prep fee for clients that arrive with wet hair. In addition, timeliness is required to maintain the proposed wedding date timeline. Please ensure that all members of your party are ready to be serviced at a scheduled time as noted within the proposed timeline that we provide for you.
